Scheduling & Cancellations

All scheduling is handled through Acuity Scheduling.

Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email (and text message if a phone number is provided), including a link to reschedule or cancel as needed.

Lucy asks for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, will be charged in full.

In the case of illness or emergencies, please provide at least one hour’s notice if possible. Flexibility may be offered in these situations.


Rates & Payment

Session Rate (beginning July 1, 2026): $140 per session
Packages: To be determined

Credit card information is collected at the time of booking, and payment is processed following each session.

In accordance with the cancellation policy, sessions canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.

Payments are processed securely via Square, and major credit and debit cards are accepted.

All services are non-refundable once rendered.


Communication

Lucy communicates with students and families primarily via email and aims to respond within 24–48 hours, Sunday through Friday.

Please note that she is offline from Friday evening through Saturday evening and will respond after that time.
